Role Purpose: Guided by the FRG Promises, is responsible for maintaining a high standard of client service in Foreign Exchange Product House.
Are you someone who can: Act as the point of contact for clients seeking help with their Forex matters
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds the clients' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
Provide troubleshooting and first contact assistance to clients
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients' accounts through open and professional interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Take the extra mile to engage clients
You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a minimum of Grade 12 or relevant tertiary qualification
Have 1 - 2 years' experience in dealing with Forex products in a Client Service environment
Have Financial Services/Banking industry experience (preferred)
