Client Relationship Manager

Physically visit existing clients (Pop in visits catch up meetings etc) Assist with general queries or concerns they may have Assist with the implementation of their accounts (Event setups reports contact details etc) Inform clients of new launches & products Manage the accounts and ensure they are happy always Escalate urgent or serious matters to management Requirements Grade 12 Grade 12
