Client Relationship Manager - Ballito

Responsibilities:Portfolio management administrationSupporting the portfolio managers with general office management tasks (diary management, marketing material, etc.)Implementation of the client services experience and acting as the point of contact for the clientsOperational support (administrative support)Capturing and preparing client records and uploading related documents on XPlanAssist with the organisation of client events in conjunction with the events coordinator (Booking venues, RSVP, and event management, etc.)Attend to all technology issues experienced by the Portfolio Manager(s) and facilitate the solution with the IT support teamRequirements:Knowledge of the financial services industryUnderstanding of the FAIS and FICA legislationRelevant tertiary education or coursesExperience with XPlan, DMA, Marble, Opus (Advantageous)Understanding of share portfolio account opening processesMethodical, accurate, and have meticulous attention to detailDue to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
