This role is all about driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while bringing an authentic brand image to life. What You'll DoCreate and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability across new and used vehicles.Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to hit targets, optimize customer satisfaction, and ensure high-performance standards.Manage vehicle stock, including evaluations, trade-ins, and reconditioning.Collaborate with the Dealer Principal and Financial Manager on budgets and forecasts.Provide guidance on deals when needed and keep the team focused on growth and customer retention.Attract, develop, and retain a strong sales team. Job RequirementsMatric CertificateA diploma in Management/Marketing/Sales (Ideal)A valid Drivers License3-5 years of experience leading sales teams in the automotive retail sector, with knowledge of both new and pre-owned sales.Strong understanding of the used car market, stock management, and vehicle reconditioning.Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with industry regulations (CPA, FICA, POPIA, NCA) and sales processes.Financial management and budgeting experience.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
