Client Relations (Investments) Team Leader

An established, successful and growing Investment company seeks a skilled Team leader to manage 4 client relations specialists. You will be responsible for running your own desk whilst co-ordinating and project managing all team deliverables to ensure they are delivered to a high standard and within deadline. AA candidates are preferred. Duties will include:Engaging with and building relationships with various different stakeholders advisors, paraplanners etc and to build capacity in the team.Develop and review reporting structures, whilst identifying and driving improvements.Training.New member onboarding.Account management focussed on operations.Strong computer literacy.The candidate must have a completed BCom Honours (Investment management) with at least 3-5 years client relations experience within a leading investment company. Experience managing staff is essential. Strong academics are also essential.
