Read on!Aon South Africa is hiring a Client Manager in our Risk Solutions department, based on a hybrid basis, from our Head Office in Sandton.The role of the Client Manager is to build and improve day-to-day client relationships, manage portfolios of client accounts, and provide technical expertise to less experienced employees.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeYour responsibilities will include:Leading, developing, and improving the day-to-day client relationship.Building a "client profile" of risks and needs analysis in respect of the portfolio of clients.Input into the renewal process which includes preparing pre-renewal documents, meeting with clients, sending renewal notifications, and sending cancellation letters where applicable.Structuring insurance programs to meet the needs of portfolio clients.Producing client documentation (including policy documents and claims statistics), leading or contributing to renewal meetings, and leading or contributing to fee negotiations.Maintaining and improving client satisfaction, retention, revenue, and profitability.Compliant dealings with clients.Contributing to the development of new business with either existing or new clients.Coordinating teams of Client Service Advisors (where applicable) to ensure client service standards are met.Supporting Strategic Account Manager/Business Manager on larger, more complex accounts.Credit control responsibilities.How this opportunity is differentThe culture at Aon enables us to bring our best each day and do great work for our clients.
