Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized client liason Agent to support our marketing department in its primary and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, organizing campaigns, and maintaining promotional materials.
This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: Assist the marketing team in organizing and executing campaigns and events.Market Research: Help conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.Content Support: Aid in the creation of content for marketing campaigns, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.Campaign Management: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, print, etc.
).Data Management: Track and analyze marketing performance data, compiling reports for senior marketing staff.Brand Management: Assist in maintaining and updating promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media profilesEvent Coordination: Help organize marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.CRM Maintenance: Support the maintenance of customer databases and mailing lists.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (sales, design, product teams) to align marketing efforts with business goals.Vendor Liaison: Communicate with external vendors to coordinate marketing projects, including printing, media buying, and sponsorships.Requirements:- MatricMarketing or Related Qualification2 years experience in marketing or administrative roles is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing toolsKnowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, Google Analytics) is a plus.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
