Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.Stay on top of accounts, ensuring they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, communicating with the sales team regularly.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).Prepare reports on account status.Ensure that channels follow the sales engagement model.Support Finance and Commercial business unit to improve margins (pricing strategies).Ensure contracting and SLAs development with all channels.Facilitate approvals and comply with internal controls.Ensure productization of all products aligned with contractual obligations.Adhere to the Information Security Management System policies and procedures as per ISO 27001.Qualifications: A degree in IT or any other relevant degree.3+ years of experience in Sales.Account management experience.Experience with CRM software.Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Willingness and ability to travel with own transport.How to Apply: Email your comprehensive CV to ******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
