Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needsStay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needsMeet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve businessGenerate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisationIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularlyEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusChannel Engagement FrameworkEnsure that channels follow the sales engagement modelSupport Finance and Commercial business unit to improve margins (pricing strategies)Ensure contracting and SLAs development with all channelsFacilitate approvals and comply with internal controlsEnsure productisation of all products aligned with contractual obligationsAdhere to the Information Security Management System policies and procedures as per ISO 27001Qualifications:A degree in IT or any other relevant degree3+ years of experience in SalesAccount management experienceExperience with CRM softwareDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-levelSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelWillingness and ability to travel with own transportHow to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
