Job Description As a Cleaning Supervisor at Cater Care, you will be responsible for:
Supervising and coordinating the cleaning staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery Training, mentoring, and guiding cleaning team members Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed Inspecting designated areas to ensure they are properly cleaned and maintained Handling any maintenance or repair issues related to cleaning equipment Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times Reporting on staff performance, operational activities, and any incidents as required Assisting with recruitment processes for new cleaning staff when necessary Maintaining open communication with management regarding any facility-related concerns or improvements Desired Skills and Experience Experience:
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Proficient in handling cleaning equipment. Commitment to Cater Care's Quality and Safety Management system. Strong communication skills. Teamwork-oriented. Customer service focus. Reliability and flexibility.
