Job ResponsibilitiesEvaluate claims for validity and coverage.Investigate claims thoroughly, collecting necessary documentation and evidence.Identify discrepancies or irregularities in claim submissions.Accurately interpret insurance policies to determine coverage specifics.Determine claim eligibility based on policy terms.Collaborate with assessors and relevant parties to determine damage extent.Accurately estimate repair costs.Negotiate settlements with claimants, third parties, and service providers.Maintain accurate records of claim investigations, assessments, and settlements.Conduct periodic audits of claim files to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.Implement quality control measures to enhance claims processing efficiency and accuracy.Job RequirementsTertiary qualification in insurance and/or degree in finance / business or relatedRE5 (advantageous)Minimum of 3 years experience in motor and/or non-motor short-term insurance claimsDesired SkillsRE5Short-term insuranceFAISClaims handlingInsurance ClaimDesired Work Experience2 to 5 years Claims Assessment
