Are you someone who can: Accurate assessment, investigation, and management of long-term insurance claims including Health (hospital) Cash claims and critical illness claims.Ensure that the claims assessment and the standard of decision is consistent with the company values and philosophy.Ensure all risks are mitigated and escalated, including the identification of fraudulent activity, policy abuse, and pre-existing conditions.Provide effective, efficient, and professional service to all our customers, advisors, and branches, both telephonically and through written correspondence.Take ownership of queries and ensure they are resolved timeously and effectively.Ensure adherence to organisational best practice and legislative requirements.Work in a team to meet service and quality standards.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have at least 2 years' medical claims assessment experience.Have worked with hospitalisation or similar claims.Have experience in a Long-term insurance environment.Have experience in dealing with Ombudsman / escalated queries.Qualifications and Experience: Minimum: MatricNursing background will be advantageous.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment that is progressive and agile.Opportunities to innovate where initiative is taken and owned end to end.We can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curious.Able to analyse complex data sets.Thriving in a collaborative environment.#Post
