Position DescriptionA long-established law firm with a strong reputation in civil liberties is seeking an experienced Civil Liberties Lawyer to join their team in either Manchester or Hull. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate legal professional with a commitment to defending civil rights and upholding justice to take on a challenging and impactful role.
Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in civil actions, guiding cases from inception through to conclusion. This will involve managing a diverse caseload, conducting thorough legal research, drafting legal documents, and presenting cases in court.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act, the Human Rights Act, and other relevant legislation.
