Civil Foreman/Supervisor

Job Description:
Are you a skilled leader with a passion for construction? VAD GROUP is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman/Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage and motivate site crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues promptly, and report to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman/Supervisor in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
