Civil Engineering Draughtsman

Job DescriptionOur client, situated in Wellington, is a leading Consulting Engineering Company in the field of project management, fuel, fire, civil, and structural engineering.
The company is currently seeking the services of a qualified Civil Engineering Draughtsman.The candidate will be responsible for the creation of highly professional technical drawings for civil and structural projects and will work in close conjunction with a small professional team.Responsibilities:Develop detailed structural and civil drawings based on project specificationsInterpret and review rough drawings and develop into technical, detailed drawingsWork closely with engineers and provide relevant assistanceReview and revise drawings based on feedback from the project teamEnsure compliance with industry standards and codesRequirements:Diploma or Certificate in draughtingMinimum 5 years' draughting experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in a consultancy firmHigh level of proficiency in:Autodesk Revit 3D modelling for structural work and civil workAutoCAD 2D draughting and Civil 3D for civil engineering worksMicrosoft packageHighly organised and motivatedAbility to work under pressureTeam playerThe company offers market-related remuneration, based on the successful applicant's experience and qualifications.
