The roleWe are looking for someone to assist our interview administration and operations team. In this role, you will work closely with our global Corporate Intelligence teams. Your work will ensure that S-RM's clients, internal stakeholders and the wider business units are all aligned and may be involved in interviews.
This role will work outside of standard business hours – specifically the hours will be set 12:00 to 21:00 SAST.
Your day-to-day will involve a mixture of client and project management responsibilities throughout the project delivery lifecycle, including, but not limited to:
Communicating proactively with internal and external stakeholders;Responsible for interview scheduling, troubleshooting and administration;Conduct live interviews when required;Checking and compiling invoices as required.The role will be based at our Cape Town office, with working hours set at 12 noon to 9 pm SAST.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience to be our Interview and Operations Administrator.
Written and spoken fluency in English and mastery of professional communication is a must;Ideally 3 - 5 years experience in a fast-paced customer complaints department and/or a multifaceted communication and operations role;Proficient use of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems;Ability to work under pressure, with multiple simultaneous tasks and tight deadlines;A proactive approach and a willingness to work outside the job specification when required.You should be a team player, adaptable, meticulous, organised and proactive in the evolution and growth of the service and business.
The successful candidate must have permission to work in Cape Town by the start of their employment.
