ProStaffSelect are in search of an ECD Principal to lead the team comprising 11 teachers & assistant teachers as well as 5 support staff and 2 administration personnel.
REQUIREMENTS: A pre-school qualification - Grade R degree / diploma with at least 5 - 6 years of experience in a senior position Knowledge of Western Cape Education Department policies CEMIS training for online management of the school, including subsidies A Strong Christian candidate who knows Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour; who's life demonstrates a close relationship with Jesus and who embraces all aspects of leading the staff and school in line with the Word Demonstrates a love for children and a natural passion for childhood development Able to provide Godly counsel with children and parents Confident and outgoing personality – a natural leader Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of business with a sales & marketing focus and an eye for detail Highly Computer Literate An innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills Strong work ethic and innovative thinker Able to collaborate with others and delegate tasks with ease Strong Planning, Organizational and Management skills Experience with HR practices and able to follow disciplinary procedures, implement performance appraisals etc CONTACT: GAVIN SMITH Pro Staff Select Apply below.
