Chinese-Speaking Road Logistics Sales Representative

Are you passionate about developing business in the Chinese market? We're looking for a dynamic individual to drive growth in our Road Logistics division.
Your Role You will work with existing and new customers to exceed targets set by our Road Logistics Manager. Your primary focus will be on expanding the SME Chinese customer segment, targeting key trades as outlined by our National Road Logistics Management guidelines. Your Responsibilities Hunting and winning new Road Logistics Export and Import Business;Further development and retention of existing customer base;Develop expert market knowledge on key focus lanes into Africa;Build relationship with overseas route development managers to support Air/Sea to Road Business;Meet and exceed targets as predefined in Incentive Scheme;Ensure constantly building a quality pipeline in SME sector to maximize opportunity and win ratio. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree preferred;2-5 years of experience in the Chinese market;Strong customer focus and relationship-building skillsExcellent presentation and communication abilities in both Mandarin and English;Knowledge of freight forwarding operations;Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment.
