Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Technology Officer to expand and continue the cutting edge work done by the Research & Development side of the company.
This role involves overseeing the entire R&D process, from conceptualisation and design to prototyping, testing, and implementation. The individual is tasked with setting the strategic direction for the department, identifying key areas for technological advancement, and aligning R&D efforts with the overall business objectives.
A strong background in aviation and modern manufacturing processes is required, with unmanned aircraft experience a big plus!
