A leading hospitality company is looking for a direct contract sales hunter and key account manager to head up business development, client retention, contract negotiation and retention, public relations, social media, and brand marketing management overseeing a small team.
Responsibilities:Responsible for all Direct Contract Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Social Media overseeing small teams.Ensure company services are presented in a professional manner with client needs and budgets fully evaluated.Ensure all leads are followed up on, renewal of contracts, and additional business opportunities are maximised.Coordinate client surveys and assess feedback on services.Attend to client issues with the Operations and other departments.Maintain system-managed pipeline records.Monthly sales statistics and other reporting.Oversee and conduct quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.Deal negotiations and closing within cost parameters.Contract negotiation and management.Ensure sales targets are achieved.Marketing, advertising, and PR management with external providers to meet company objectives.Budget management.Custodian of marketing and branding materials and standards.Minimum Requirements:Tertiary qualification required.Senior level sales experience in either catering, hospitality, or retail with a proven sales track record.Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.Experience in presentation and proposal writing.Good financial and budget preparation ability.Negotiation and analytical skills.Own vehicle, extensive travel.Compensation: R70 000 to R90 000 CTC including Provident Fund plus Fuel Card, Bonuses, and Commissions.
