Chief Risk Officer (Credit Risk)

Role Overview:As the Chief Risk Officer, reporting to the Group Managing Director, you'll spearhead the establishment of our Group Risk Management framework in line with global standards. Your responsibilities will include articulating risk management policies, defining risk acceptance criteria, and overseeing risk management functions across all entities. You'll play a pivotal role in monitoring and managing our risk profile at both group and subsidiary levels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and communicate Group Risk Management policies and strategiesEstablish infrastructure and processes for identifying, managing, and reporting risksDefine risk acceptance criteria and tolerance limits at group and entity levelsOversee Risk Management functions across all entities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulationsProvide visionary leadership and direction for the group, promoting corporate core values and commitment to objectivesFoster career development for direct reports and cultivate a culture of excellence and innovationQualifications and Requirements:Minimum of 17 years of post-qualification experience in risk management within Banking or Financial Services industryAt least 10 years of experience in the Banking Sector, with 10 years at a senior management levelStrong knowledge of banking operations, financial regulations, and risk management standardsStrategic orientation, creativity, and innovation in policy development and managementFinancial acumen, with expertise in finance, accounting, and banking industry practicesFormal training in Banking Laws/Regulations, with a relevant Master's Degree considered an advantageHow to Apply:If you meet the above requirements, please send your resume DIRECTLY
