Inherent requirements: Matric and a relevant tertiary qualificationComputer literate (MS Office)A minimum of 5 years experience in Operations and SalesKnowledge of Temporary Employment Services (TES industry will be beneficial)Strong understanding of business development, account planning, and strategic partnership managementExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal stakeholders and key clientsProject management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying creative solutions to complex challengesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentGood grasp of mathematical conceptsA valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle (essential)Duties and responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for MPSManage new business brought into the Company nationallyEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel and assigned ClientsIdentify Clients that may need special attention and action these operational criteriaNegotiate and close agreements with major customersReach and exceed targets as per the Divisions strategyPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecastsCarry out research and identify new potential customers as well a new marketing opportunitiesProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with the Clients needsGenerate sales across regions including Cape Town, Durban, Gauteng and GqeberhaAchieve the overall Company sales objectivesCommunicate and escalate challenges to the MD
