The role will have the respective HR Leads in all countries of operation reporting into the position.Primary Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership and Organizational AlignmentServe as strategic advisor to the CEODevelop and implement comprehensive organizational strategies relating to human capitalCoordinate strategic initiatives across multiple business unitsTranslate high-level strategic vision into actionable operational plansEnsure alignment between corporate strategy and operational executionOperational ExcellenceManage cross-functional HR and Management projectsIdentify and implement operational efficiency improvements in all business functionsDevelop performance metrics and tracking mechanisms for continual improvementStreamline communication and decision-making processes in all business unitsStrategic Project ManagementSupport critical strategic initiatives in African logistics expansionManage high-priority HR projects from conception to implementationCoordinate between different operational teams and regional officesTrack and report on strategic project progress and outcomesExecutive Support and CommunicationPrepare high-level executive reports and presentations relating to HR functionsManage strategic communications between leadership and teamsAct as critical information hub for senior leadershipRepresent CEO in key meetings and strategic discussionsStrategic HR LeadershipDevelop and execute comprehensive human resource strategies aligned with organizational goalsProvide strategic guidance to senior leadership on human capital mattersCreate long-term workforce planning, succession planning and retention strategiesDevelop and maintain a strong organizational cultureDevelop and implement employee development and career progression programsManage positive employee relations across the organizationDesign, implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits structuresCreate organizational learning and development strategies and develop leadership capabilities of the senior and junior management teamsEducation, Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or related fieldMBA preferred8-12 years of progressive leadership experienceExperience in managing diverse teams across different geographical regionsDemonstrated success in managing a business unit in a corporate or entrepreneurial environmentExtensive experience working in African business environmentsEagerness to travel in Africa from time to timeThe Company reserves the right to withdraw from the recruitment process at any time, at its sole discretion.
