Chief Investment Officer

Required Qualifications and Experience: Qualifications:A post graduate degree in accounting, business management, commerce or finance.A Masters degree/CFA/ CA (SA) or similar level qualification will be advantageous.Participation in an Executive Leadership or Management Programme will be advantageous.Experience: A minimum of 8 years exposure in the financial services industry.A minimum of 4 - 5 years experience in structuring SME and/or private equity business investments.A minimum of 5 years operating at a senior management level at a medium to large organisation.Exposure to and experience in developing and implementing strategy.A solid track record in leading and managing senior employees as well as the ability to inspire and develop high-performing investment teams.
