Leading company is a global outsource solution provider seeking a Chief Innovation Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing AI-based solutions in hyperscale environments
Architecting and developing software solutions across various development languages
Leading solution architecture, system analysis, and design
Driving agile and lean delivery methodologies

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in the IT industry
5+ years of experience in solution architectures, system analysis, and design
3+ years of experience in architecting and developing AI-based solutions
3+ years of experience in agile and/or lean delivery methodologies

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Innovative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work closely with all levels of the enterprise

Salary: R1.4m - R1.6m per annum
