Maintain & Support business applications according to agreed SLA's, governance standards and ICT strategy.
Maintain and Support Business Intelligence capability and service the business with appropriate management reporting solutions.
Ensure appropriate & adequate Infrastructure availability and capacity Define ICT service management processes and ensure compliance to appropriate governance standards.
Define the objectives for ICTS in accordance with the ICTS strategy Work closely with Human Capital Services to attract and retain top talent, and to build digital capabilities across the company Analyse the business/project plan to determine the financial requirements Manage on-going security monitoring of information systems including assessing information security risk through qualitative risk analysis on a regular basis, conducting functional and gap analyses to determine the extent to which key business areas and infrastructure comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, evaluating and recommending new information security technologies and countermeasures against threats to information or privacy, and developing security reports and dashboards ICT jobs
