CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
5 YEARS FIXED TERM CONTRACT
The Chief Financial Officer is primarily responsible for the sustainable financial management and financial strategic direction of EHC. They are responsible for the formulation and execution of the financial strategy.
Minimum Requirements:Registration with SAICA as a Chartered Accountant.Training with regards to updates to the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA).5 – 8 Years experience as a CFO or Executive Manager.Experience in Property, Local Government and/or Construction Management sectors.Knowledge of the Social Housing Act.In depth knowledge of fiduciary duties of the Chief Accounting Officer as per the MFMA.Knowledge of Treasury Regulations.Knowledge of Company laws.Knowledge of Consumer laws.Interested persons who meet the above requirements must send their applications to the Ekurhuleni Housing Company at ******, for attention: HR: Ms. Brenda Sekhute.
