To encompass overseeing the company's assets, managing cash flow & producing internal and external financial reports.
Required Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant - Not negotiableAt least 15 years' post qualification experience with 5 years experience as a CFO of a Large Corporation - Not negotiablePrevious experience with finance/financial consolidations/annual financial statements and board reporting.Required Technical Competencies & Experience Timely and strategic plan execution Preparing of accurate forecasts & reports.Reliable business counsel for operationsDriving and controlling profitsExecutive supervision of smaller operationsManaging group risk and risk controlsGroup executive, board, and shareholder reportingPeople managementGroup tax management and reviewGroup legal managementBehavioural Competencies Unquestionable integrity.Confidentiality and discretion criticalAble to work under pressure.Strong analytical problem-solving ability.High EQ: the capacity to interact with "difficult customers" at all levels in a constructive and growth-oriented manner without resorting to hostility or confrontation.Only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
