Our client is looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer CA(SA) to provide strategic financial leadership and contribute to the companys continued success.
You will lead the financial direction of the organisation, ensuring compliance and driving financial performance!
This exciting and fulfilling role would be based in Johannesburg South. Duties: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the companys goals and enhance shareholder value.Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards, particularly for a listed entity.Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and business performance.Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders, providing insights on financial performance and business developments. Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant.Experience:A minimum of 8 years of commercial experience.
