Chief Experience Officer

Welcome to SEBAs the Chief Experience Officer, you will be responsible for enhancing the client and member experience at SEB. Your role will involve creating strategies to improve client acquisition and retention, mapping client journeys, and working with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancement.
