Position: Chief Executive Officer
Salary Group: Executive Management
Location: PRASA CRES Head Office, Umjantshi House, Braamfontein
Mission: Lead and direct the PRASA Corporate Real Estate Solutions (CRES) and Intersite Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) operations.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
- Develop, implement, and monitor the PRASA CRES and Intersite SPV strategy
- Provide direction and oversight over the Division's and Intersite operations
- Direct and oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
- Manage resources efficiently
- Provide reporting and advisory services
Required Knowledge:
- Relevant legislation applicable to PRASA CRES
- Understanding of the business environment, key players, and their responsibilities
- Principles of property finance and general finance management
- Property Investment
- PRASA's SHEQ policy
- Safety Management policies and processes

Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Property Management / Property Development / Project Management / Finance / Real Estate
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
Experience:
- 15 years of experience in Property Management, Property Development, Property Investment, or Facilities, with a minimum of 5 years at an executive management level
Other Requirements:
- 24/7 availability
- Willingness to work extended hours
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally
