The CEO will be responsible for setting and championing the organization's vision, mission, and core values, ensuring school-wide alignment, and developing a strategic plan to achieve the organization's goals.
This role requires a leader who can maximize talent by identifying, hiring, and developing a values-aligned leadership team, as well as establishing a culture of ongoing support and development.
The successful candidate will also be tasked with managing the organization, engaging stakeholders, and driving results, with a strong focus on student achievement and a commitment to the values of respect, empathy, curiosity, courage, and integrity.
Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a BA/BS, with a Master's or higher preferred, and at least 10 years' of professional experience in nonprofit management.
The role demands a leader with a proven track record in improving outcomes, managing and developing leaders, and a strong background in business and financial management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
