Chef Manager - Liverpool
Up to £31,236 per annum (DOE)Monday to Friday role
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our Dine team in Liverpool. You will be providing outstanding service to the staff and customers whilst guiding and motivating your team to be the best they can possibly be.

With over two decades of industry experience, we pride ourselves on offering a personalised approach to our clients, whilst delivering outstanding service. Our passion lies in creating great-tasting menus, promoting sustainability, and proudly working with local suppliers and communities. That's why our menus feature only locally sourced, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients with a target of reaching Climate Zero by 2030. Services provided are breakfast, lunch and coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Understand and deliver all contractual terms
Communicate regularly with client
Ensure all company promotions are correctly implemented
Analyse and effectively manage all in unit costs
Monitor and manage GP
Ensure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained
All food wastage is recorded and minimised
Ensure that all HSE incidents are correctly reported and investigated with relevant reviews of work procedures.
Ensure all food prepared, cooked, and presented to the required standards and portion specifications
Manage the processing of food orders, the receipt and storage of deliveries
Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas
Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment
Perform other general tasks to support effective food service delivery as reasonably requested
About You
Previous culinary experience essentialPrevious management experience in a similar role including client management
