Culinary qualification. Must have 2 - 3 years experience within a 4 star lodge environment. Valid drivers licence and own transport preferred. Must be prepared to work in a remote area. Stable work record with solid references. Valid RSA ID. Excellent Communication skills
- Responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all food items
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of the food and service to the customers is at the highest level at all times
- Liaising with the Sous Chef on all functions to ensure stafffing is correct
- Upholding high levels of hygiene
- Food management - FIFO
- Reporting breakages
