for this ultra high-profile fine dining restaurant. We are looking for candidates with
solid culinary skills, passion for international fine dining cuisine, precision and attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years' work experience within a fine dining Top 10 restaurant or 5* Hotel Restaurant environment
Cheffing qualifications and training in Hot and Cold production and plating from top establishments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - All chefs engage directly with guests and explain the dishes served to guests
Exceptional knowledge of food preparation and food service of various cuisine styles
Willing to work long and demanding industry hours
Organised and neat working style
Good personal hygiene and excellent presentation & presence
