Chef D' Partie (Ftc / Seasonal) - Swellendam

Details of the offer

High end Restaurant in Swellendam is looking for a Chef d' Partie for a fixed term contract.
The ideal candidate will have certified training and a minimum of three years experience with some fine dining exposure preferred.
Responsibilities:
Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are preprepared to a high standard
Assist with food preparation, stock taking and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Leas by example and follow all health & safety standards
Able to working a fast paced find dining kitchen environment
Requirements:
Certified training and a minimum of three years' experience with some fine dining exposure preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English
Presentable
Own transport
Able to start immediately on a fixed term seasonal contract with the possibility to extend.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
