Queen Mary University of London Students' Union Details Closing date: 5 September 2024 Location: East London Region: London Employment type: Part Time Salary: £15 per hour Description• Plan and lead training sessions to a group of mixed ability members with diverse backgrounds and experience of the sport• Build confidence of returning members and keep retention rates up• Provide coaching expertise to improve the quality and standard of training• Be a consistently encouraging and motivating presence within the club• Develop the club to be more competitive and win as many competitions as possible• Be passionate about the sport and building an inclusive and fun environment for members• Have an understanding of higher education sport• Focus on improving members technique to prevent injury• Work with the club committee to achieve the clubs aims and objectives for this year• Display good coaching conduct in line with Queen Mary Student's Union Code of Conduct Applicants must hold a minimum level 1 Cheerleading qualification, as well as relevant first aid/insurance documentation.If you believe you have the skillset, qualifications and commitment required please send a coaching CV and covering letter to Jo Forest-Jones on ******, Harry Pape on ******, and Abbie Hiscock on ******.
