Description• Plan and lead training sessions to a group of mixed ability members with diverse backgrounds and experience of the sport
• Build confidence of returning members and keep retention rates up
• Provide coaching expertise to improve the quality and standard of training
• Be a consistently encouraging and motivating presence within the club
• Develop the club to be more competitive and win as many competitions as possible
• Be passionate about the sport and building an inclusive and fun environment for members
• Have an understanding of higher education sport
• Focus on improving members technique to prevent injury
• Work with the club committee to achieve the clubs aims and objectives for this year
• Display good coaching conduct in line with Queen Mary Student's Union Code of Conduct Applicants must hold a minimum level 1 Cheerleading qualification, as well as relevant first aid/insurance documentation.
