You will be responsible for client engagement in the Fairlands, Johannesburg office and lead a cross-functional team of Private Banking and Advisory specialists.Duties Include: Manage budgets and deliver on sales and acquisition targets.Balance Sheet growth and protection through maintenance of existing deals and origination of new business.Monitor and supervise new employees through mentorship and coaching programmes.Recruit and support new staff to help them elevate and embed into our culture and business.Manage a portfolio of Affluent clients in conjunction with the banking team.Collaborate and integrate with the greater Firstrand Community.Manage sales initiatives and participate in product improvement and enhancement.Develop key relationships both internally and externally.New client acquisition and business development in conjunction with RMB Ventures, a Private Equity business as part of RMB within the FirstRand Group.Preferred Qualification: Relevant post graduate qualification.
CFP membership preferred, and FAIS accreditation required (RE).
