Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.To provide change management support on key strategic projects to promote buy-in and implementation by managing the people change components across the business.Are you someone who can:Improve and manage change to improve efficiency.Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.Actively coach team through providing advice about subject matter, solutions, principles and processes, and personal progression to improve performance.Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.Assess change in readiness amongst affected staff.Facilitate change and embed results of the projects into the business.Manage key project forums and working groups.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior management.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting, and updating of all related information.Conduct an organisation development needs diagnosis in an appreciative (informally inquisitive) and in a quantitative/qualitative manner.In partnership with management, human resources and training teams, continual evaluation, and development of targeted employees within the organization to transition from current state to future state.Assess the change required by identifying barriers to implementation of new initiatives and develop strategies and actions to address any barriers and resistance to change.Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change, identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.Design, develop and implement detailed change and communications plans for organisational change initiatives supporting the strategic agenda of the business, identifying and engaging all key stakeholders and impacted parties across the Business.You will be an ideal candidate if you:Qualification: Relevant Change Management QualificationExperience: Min 5 years of Project Change ManagementYou will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging work environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are:Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.Are you interested to take the step?
