Change Management Consultant - Contract PositionMinimum Requirements:Matric (Grade 12)Degree in Industrial Psychology/Human Resources or related fieldChange Management Qualification - Prosci Certified5 Years experience in rolling out large-scale change projects within organizations including system implementations and Target Operating Model initiativesResponsibilities:Execute any level of change in a structured approach with the ability to speak to the phase of change, the ROI, the standard tools, and templatesMap and understand how multiple simultaneous changes are affecting employees in your organization through valuable data and a high-level view to boost performance and improvement. This includes a map of the Change impact per business areaExecute on multiple projects at the same time while ensuring change agility and change stamina in all our employeesAssess the scope of the change and execute plans on time, in budget, and with excellenceAssess the readiness of the organization impacted by the changeDesign a communication plan that addresses the needs of employees at different levels, catering for different information needsDevelop communications for project messaging, obtain sign-off on communications and feed these communications into distribution channels in accordance with the agreed and signed-off plan and datesConduct coaching and manager training for change managementDevelop training requirements based on the skills, knowledge, and behaviors necessary to implement the changeDevelop sponsor activities and sponsor roadmapsIdentify, understand, and manage resistance throughout the organizationConduct data collection, feedback analysis, and corrective action to sustain or enhance employee involvementImplement success measures - evaluate successes and failures and identify process changes for the next projectAssist in enabling other change managers in the business to learn and share in a best practice environmentEnsure governance for all change management projects is intact, including but not limited to the adherence of the company's processes and the use of standard templatesSupport the company across our business to reinforce the change in their areasHold regular meetings with the company to provide them with messaging, gain feedback from them, and channel this feedback into the project for corrective action where necessaryEnable a culture of customer centricity and be able to engage at all levels of stakeholdersComplete project close-out documentation (including lessons learned, reinforcement, and business handover documents) and ensure all structured change management templates are completed and stored on relevant SharePoint or Project Document storage system
