Change Management Consultant - Contract Position Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Degree in Industrial Psychology/Human Resources or related field Change Management Qualification - Prosci Certified 5 Years experience in rolling out large-scale change projects within organizations including system implementations and Target Operating Model initiatives Responsibilities: Execute any level of change in a structured approach with the ability to speak to the phase of change, the ROI, the standard tools, and templates Map and understand how multiple simultaneous changes are affecting employees in your organization through valuable data and a high-level view to boost performance and improvement.
This includes a map of the Change impact per business area Execute on multiple projects at the same time while ensuring change agility and change stamina in all our employees Assess the scope of the change and execute plans on time, in budget, and with excellence Assess the readiness of the organization impacted by the change Design a communication plan that addresses the needs of employees at different levels, catering for different information needs Develop communications for project messaging, obtain sign-off on communications and feed these communications into distribution channels in accordance with the agreed and signed-off plan and dates Conduct coaching and manager training for change management Develop training requirements based on the skills, knowledge, and behaviors necessary to implement the change Develop sponsor activities and sponsor roadmaps Identify, understand, and manage resistance throughout the organization Conduct data collection, feedback analysis, and corrective action to sustain or enhance employee involvement Implement success measures - evaluate successes and failures and identify process changes for the next project Assist in enabling other change managers in the business to learn and share in a best practice environment Ensure governance for all change management projects is intact, including but not limited to the adherence of the company's processes and the use of standard templates Support the company across our business to reinforce the change in their areas Hold regular meetings with the company to provide them with messaging, gain feedback from them, and channel this feedback into the project for corrective action where necessary Enable a culture of customer centricity and be able to engage at all levels of stakeholders Complete project close-out documentation (including lessons learned, reinforcement, and business handover documents) and ensure all structured change management templates are completed and stored on relevant SharePoint or Project Document storage system #J-18808-Ljbffr
