Overseeing the Division's risk management, including general liabilities, investments, and related insurance and risk mitigation coverage. Working closely with the CEO and providing strategic advice on investment strategies, considering cash and liquidity risks. Ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance policies and other financial and commercial legislation requirements.
