Purpose of the Role:
To manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre, including building maintenance, customer service, and team management.
To continuously implement new ideas to enhance customer service and improve business performance through effective management.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Oversee the work activities of all administrative, nursing, cleaning, gardening, and Patient Care Consultant staff.
Support and guide Team Leaders in their roles.
Manage your time and the time of others effectively.
Assist in establishing work schedules, tasks, and rosters for staff.
Train new staff members.
Operations Management:
Maintain computerized record management systems (medical software) for storing and processing patient information.
Handle daily banking, statistics, and report generation.
Maintain and ensure the health centre is in excellent working condition.
Conduct regular inspections of the centre and premises to ensure standards are upheld.
Communication & Customer Service:
Maintain effective communication between professionals, staff, and patients.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints according to company procedures.
Ensure that all service providers adhere to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.
Maintenance & Compliance:
Monitor and supervise work done by service providers, ensuring compliance with standards and resolving any issues.
Ensure that all maintenance and contractor duties are reported to the Head of Operations.
Investigate and facilitate disciplinary inquiries as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
Manage and resolve staffing issues, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance-related concerns.
Monitor the progress of staff performance and implement necessary improvements.
