Catering Department Manager

Icebolethu is calling for suitable candidates to apply for the permanent position of a Manager for our Catering Business in the Gauteng Province. The incumbent will be required to develop the Catering strategy by considering market trends, regulations and how it may translate into operational execution through alignment of core business strategic objectives to effective operations of all Catering operations to support their bottom-line performance.

Minimum QualificationsNational Diploma or Degree in Home Economics / Hospitality / Catering Related Field.Master's degree in business administration or business leadership is advantageous.Assessor and Moderator Qualifications.Registered with the Catering SETA.Experience and Knowledge RequiredMinimum of 8 years experience in Catering Management.
