As our Category Manager, you'll be leveraging insights to drive supplier relationships and sales campaigns. We're on the lookout for someone who's obsessed with numbers, detail-oriented, and ready to turn data into actionable strategies.
What You'll Do:

Growth Driver: Lead data-driven initiatives to grow our key categories.
Partnership Prodigy: Form epic partnerships with global brands to score the best deals and exclusive drops.
Supply Chain Superstar: Keep the deliveries flowing smoothly by working closely with our suppliers.
KPI Tracker: Crush stock, sales, margins, and assortment targets like a boss with killer data analysis.
Trend Anticipator: Anticipate future trends and merchandise like a pro.
Markdown Minimizer: Dive into data to drive sell-through and slash markdowns.
Process Innovator: Continuously refine our processes and embrace new tech to stay ahead of the curve.

Experience:
A degree is cool, but experience speaks volumes.
Leadership skills are a plus.
E-commerce or retail experience, especially in fashion, is a major bonus.
You speak retail math like it's your second language.
You've got a track record of slaying it in strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship building.
