or e-mail to ****** KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: To assist the Category Management Team in analysing customer specific data, market and consumer data in order to build sound business recommendations and develop and deliver high quality supporting to the business.To implement predetermined commercial arrangements for a defined category in a timely manner to ensure that business requirements are met, which includes but not limited to:Technical assistanceCategory management supportCategory analysisPerformance trackingData collection and processingTotal cost of ownership (TCO)Continuous improvementPlanning and ReportingCustomer service – Internal and External stakeholdersSHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of workWork ethicsQUALIFICATIONS (Essential unless otherwise indicated): Grade 12Certificate (1 year – NQF Level 5) in Supply Chain Management/Financial Management/Logistics/Engineering/LawQualified Artisan with N4 Engineering StudiesNational Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management/Financial Management/Logistics/Engineering/Law (Recommended)EXPERIENCE (Essential unless otherwise indicated): Minimum of two (2) years operational experience in a Technical environment (Essential)Minimum of three (3) years operational Technical analysis (data and root cause) experience (Essential) (Total of five (5) years operational experience)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Computer knowledge and skills: MS Office suite (Word – basic user, Excel – advanced user, PowerPoint – intermediate user; JD Edwards – basic user)Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skillsRelationship building: Ability to build relationships with employees, clients, management, suppliers, contractors and stakeholdersProject Management: Ability to manage and coordinate projects involving internal and external parties and stakeholders; Project coordination and planning; Budget and cost management within the projectAnalysis: Analyse data and verify the information to determine suitable recommendations and elicited support for BI opportunities identifiedTechnical: Engineering, production processes, mining operating principles; Applies relevant knowledge, skills and procedures to all technical aspects of the jobOTHER REQUIREMENTS: Driver's License - Code B/EBMedically Fit - Meet required medically fitness standardsTERMS & CONDITIONS: The candidate will be appointed on the condition of being certified medically fit as per Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996. Remuneration will be based on a competitive all-inclusive flexible package.
