This includes using a computerized cashiering system, issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash transactions.Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesProcess money transfer orders with speed, accuracy, and tact.Provide information about services to customers.Resolve order incidences working together with the Customer Service department.Till organization, controls and compliance:Organize and balance his/her own till quickly and without mistakes.Be present at the assigned counter position at all times when on duty to serve customers.Keep the till organized at all times.Check daily reports.Implement the company established procedures to accomplish regulations, AML, and security in the workplace.Business orientation:Promote and sell pro-actively all products offered by the company.Skills and AbilitiesProficient in MS Office.Customer service and commercial focused.Work ExperienceMinimum 6 months cash-handling experience is required.One year of work experience in customer service and/or cashier positions.The ideal candidate must be willing and able to work at our store locations, which are situated in various community-centered areas. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in these environments and is open to engaging with the local community.
