We're Hiring: Cash Book Clerk

Duties

Recording and processing transactions: Accurately record and process all bank and COD transactions in the company's financial records.
Reconciling cash books: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between cash book transactions and bank statements.
Resolving discrepancies: Investigate and resolve discrepancies between cash book records and bank statements in a timely manner.
Maintaining cash books: Maintain and update cash book transactions and reconciliations on a daily basis.
Organizing records: Maintain organized files of cash book records and receipts.
Providing cash flow information: Provide accurate cash flow information.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Cash Book Clerk, Accounts Clerk, or in a similar finance-related role preferred.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A basic understanding of accounting principles and cash flow management.
