  Purpose of the position:   To conduct follow-up and/or psychosocial activities in the PWID community by providing current accurate health information and linkage to care.  Provide health care counselling, and guide for testing services in non-clinical sites linking screening of TB, STI, PrEP and SRH interventions and enhancing adherence by addressing the emotional and mental health matters.  Promoting and encouraging enrolment into other HIV Prevention modalities (i.e.
Social Network Strategies, Index, HIV Self-screening) implemented by the Programme.
